Any of our designs can be supplied as just a blade blank for you to finish and turn into a completed knife yourself. Alternatively as a knife kit with blade blank, handle material and pins for you to complete.
All blanks are produced in 80CrV2 carbon steel as standard or SF100 stainless steel for an additional charge. We can also use other steels, please get in touch for this option.
The knife kits will also include a set of scales which will be randomly selected from our stock in your chosen type of kirinite, wood or micarta. Please send us a message if you had a specific pattern in mind. Kits also come with two 4mm brass pins for the handle.
All blanks will come heat treated and tempered so are ready for scales with two 4mm holes predrilled in the tang.
The kit will also include an instruction guide with pictures to help guide you through the assembly and finishing process. This can also be included with the blade blanks on request.
Postage is via Royal Mail Age Verified delivery to ensure the package is fully trackable. Due to UK law we have to send knives by age verified delivery. Therefore your postie may ask for proof of age on delivery.
